Club Vivanova presents the Foursquare Rum Distillery, the 2016, 2018 & 2019 International Wine & Spirits Competition Rum Producer of the Year and 2021 Overall Outstanding Spirits Producer in an exceptional dinner with two Doorly's 14 Rum cocktails finishing with a digestif degustation of the 2009 Exceptional Cask Series.

Our event will include a presentation of the cocktails and a gourmet three course menu including mixed samosas and fish tempura, followed by butter chicken or vegetable curry with basmati rice and naan bread, and pastilla dessert with perfumed almond cream. Three exceptional rum beverages will be served to each attendee throughout the dinner.

Foursquare Rum Distillery
The Foursquare Rum Distillery is located on a former sugar plantation that dates back to approximately 1720, within the tiny Caribbean island of Barbados. The distillery was re-opened by the Seale family in 1996.

Exceptional Cask Selections represent the unique, and rare offerings of Foursquare Rum Distillery that Richard Seale has hand selected – his personal projects only released when he feels they are of exceptional quality. These are one of a kind expressions, available only for a limited time, and showcasing truly unique approaches to both Rum blending and maturation.

During our dinner, our guest of honour Christian Moore (founder of Global Environment Media and son of legendary actor Sir Roger Moore) will speak on current global challenges, sustainability and the plight of Bornean Elephants.

Christian has over 20 years of industry experience both in television and film having worked in most departments over the years concentrating on production, from editing to producing. As a founder of Global Environment Media his work focuses on environmental issues.

Le Rocher du Coeur Association was created in March 2013 for the Monaco-Paris race called "1000 kilometers for 1000 Children". Founded by Bernard Boucher (President) and Laurent BOUIN (Vice-President) both Carabinieri of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco. The role of the Association Rocher du Coeur is to take children out of the hospital to make them forget their suffering and provide them with moments of escape and dreams. Read more

Kenyan Kids
Imagine a world where all children grow up in a safe and healthy environment. Kenyan Kids built its first nursery school in 2011. In 2015, we opened a ‘girls only’ (temporary) rescue centre providing a safe and welcoming environment to those running away from physical and sexual abuse, trafficking, under-age marriage and female circumcision.
